31	Judy	Baker	Powhatan	jlynnbaker@aol.com	We came in with a brand new puppy (Holly) and wanted to make sure we understood how to train our puppy properly. Dawn taught my husband and I how to teach our puppy how to become a polite and well behaved dog. Dawn instructed everyone in our family to say and use the same commands for each behavior. We often joked owners need the training not the dogs. Dawn’s loving and caring approach to each dog in the class was amazing to see. We recently added a new puppy to the family so Holly could have a playmate and we are back in class with Mia so she will also become a well behaved dog like Holly. We can’t thank Dawn enough for her guidance and are looking forward to using some of her new services.	5 Stars

I learned quickly that dawn is caring and compassionate about her line of work and about each and every dog she encounters ! She has pushed me to become a dog trainer myself which I achieved in November of 2018 she also pushed me to work with rescues. She has acquired her CCPDT and that made me push more for more info and more experience . I can't say enough good things about Ms Dawn Rice ! She is truly a straight forward genuine person that you could never regret working with whether it be training or working alongside her. Dawn shows great patience with the handlers and dogs under her guidance. She is constantly bringing us back to the center of the road when we stray with our training efforts. Customized advice is given to help the dog (and handlers) meet with success. Dawn’s knowledge of different breeds, canine development, and current research is very impressive.
